WordPress?

So other people in the blogging world seem to be using WordPress for their blogging needs, and I’m thinking that I should perhaps be switching over to doing so as well. What I’m wondering is, what do I need to do in order to make this switch? And can I just host where I have my other webpage (at work)? I suppose I’ll lose all my old posts and things unless I manually copy them over somehow?

    Dan, WordPress is awesome!

That said, my web-hosting service has a cool one-button setup system for installing WordPress so I don’t know how hard it is for anyone else.

On the bright side, if you can get it installed, it has a cool utility for importing your Blogger posts.

    Good luck!

Yeah, I figured there was something like on a lot of hosting services. But since I already have hosting at work…

Maybe I should look into getting a WordPress account and seeing how things look from there, so to speak. That might be the best way to transition.

Yeah, I completely forgot that WordPress will give you a blog account for free!

Another reason that they are cool.
